Amy Allen is a Registered Nurse and Ministry Advocate Partner with Just 1 Global. Her heart for ministry began years ago through short-term mission work in Central America and the Caribbean, where she served alongside local churches and communities. That foundation, combined with years of clinical nursing experience caring for patients facing severe illness, grief, and life-altering diagnoses, shaped her understanding that true care must extend beyond physical needs to address the emotional, relational, and practical burdens people carry.

Today, Amy serves with Just 1 Global to connect churches, ministry leaders, and generous partners with the work God is doing around the world. She is passionate about cultivating lasting relationships that strengthen local ministries, encourage leaders, and equip communities to flourish through sustainable, Christ-centered partnerships. Amy is also the founder of Authentic Living Practice, a ministry born out of her calling to provide holistic, practical care to those in season transitions.

Grounded in her faith in Jesus, Amy believes ministry begins by listening, grows through relationships, and flourishes through faithful partnership. Whether across the street or across the world, she is dedicated to caring for people, strengthening leaders, and advancing God’s Kingdom—one relationship at a time.
