Lucien Fitzgerald Dawson is a Belizean leader, writer, and business development professional with over 15 years of experience driving growth across financial, corporate, and ministry sectors.

Starting his career at St. John's Credit Union Limited and rising to become its first Marketing Officer, Lucien later served as a Marketing Executive for Belize's largest general insurer. Answering a divine call to entrepreneurship and ministry, he now channels his corporate experience into building communities and empowering others through Jesus.
