We’re Jason and Heather Swartz, and together with our children, Hannah and Jude, we call Rochester, Minnesota, home. Our family shares a deep heart for people, intentional relationships, and seeing God at work across cultures and around the world.

Through Just 1 Global, we have the privilege of helping individuals and groups step beyond what is familiar to experience missions through authentic relationships. We believe true mission work begins by listening, learning, and loving—coming alongside friends and ministry leaders in other countries, hearing their stories and dreams, learning from their wisdom, and serving alongside the work God has already placed on their hearts.

One of our greatest joys is welcoming individuals, families, churches, and teams into these transformational relationships through short-term mission trips. Our hope is that everyone who travels with Just 1 Global returns home not simply having completed a mission trip, but having made lifelong friends, gained a broader vision of God’s Kingdom, and discovered how God can use their life to love and serve others every day.
