However, widespread economic hardship has left local families facing acute shortages of food, hygiene products, and basic medical care. In the midst of these daily struggles, the Cuban church acts as a vital lifeline—providing physical aid, spiritual encouragement, and unconditional support to its surrounding communities.
Trip Focus & Ministry Opportunities
Medical Care & Health Support: Partner with local healthcare workers and church leaders to distribute scarce over-the-counter and prescription medicines, conduct health outreach, and offer compassionate care.
Food & Essential Relief: Help package and deliver vital food supplies, clean water resources, and hygiene kits directly to vulnerable households and elderly community members.
Special Needs & Family Ministry: Spend dedicated time uplifting families who care for children with disabilities, providing specialized supplies, physical relief, and relational support.
Practical Service Projects: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Cuban believers on facility repairs, community revitalization, and church outreach programs.
Community Supply Mobilization: Prior to departure, we will rally our home churches, local businesses, and community networks around specific, verified lists of needed items. We will pack and transport these tangible supplies directly to our Cuban partners, equipping them to continue serving long after our week ends.
